Welcome
The aim of the Club is to bring together people who have an interest in astronomy, whether you're new to the field, a telescope or binocular user who wants to see and learn more, or someone who just likes to chat with others and attend talks to learn more about the night sky.
As a member you can come to the talks/lectures we hold at Grosvenor Arms in Shaftesbury and access to the member's WhatsApp group for impromptu observation evenings - as well as chat with like-minded people.
Our Programme of activities for the coming year is up and we've already had an impromptu observation session organised through our member's WhatsApp group.
You don't need to be an experienced astronomer to join; you don't even need a telescope.
